What a Holded partner is and what they do
A Holded partner (Holded calls them Solution Partners) is a company that implements, configures, integrates and trains on Holded for its clients. Holded runs its own programme with training and certification, and lists certified partners in its official Solution Partners directory.
According to the programme itself, a Solution Partner can invoice professional services on Holded directly, such as consulting, implementation, migrations, training and integrations. Holded provides the software; the partner provides the method so it fits the way you work.
What a Holded consultant does in practice
- Diagnosis: how you sell, buy, invoice and collect today, and which tools need replacing or connecting.
- Migration: contacts, products, opening balances and open documents from your previous software or spreadsheets.
- Accounting and tax setup: chart of accounts, invoice series and taxes per type of transaction, coordinated with your accounting firm.
- VeriFactu: activation with a digital certificate and testing before approving the first invoice sent to the Spanish Tax Agency.
- Inventory and price lists: warehouses, SKUs, price lists per customer or market, orders and delivery notes. The Inventory module is a paid Holded add-on.
- Integrations: online store, CRM, banks, Make, Zapier or custom work with the API. We cover this in our guide to Holded integrations.
- Training and support: role-based training (admin, sales, warehouse) and hands-on support through the first closings.
Do you need a Holded partner or can you set it up yourself?
Holded is designed so a small company can get started on its own, and for many freelancers and micro-businesses that is the sensible route: you open the account, import contacts and start invoicing. A partner is not always worth it.
Things change when the ERP becomes the centre of your operations. A poorly planned initial setup costs more to fix later than to do right from the start, especially once you have invoices approved in VeriFactu mode, which become locked.

What being a Holded Solution Partner Gold means
To join the programme, Holded asks partners to submit an application, meet basic technology experience requirements and complete its initial onboarding training. Partners then get access to ongoing training and official certifications that validate their technical knowledge of the platform.
In its directory, Holded groups Solution Partners into three levels, Silver, Gold and Platinum, and lets you filter them by level, area and speciality. Holded does not publish detailed criteria for each level: the Gold level recognises the partner's experience and volume of Holded implementations.
Vycte is a Holded Solution Partner Gold, one of the few partners at this level, and is listed in the official directory for consulting, implementation and integration. For you, the level is a useful signal, but it does not replace the key question: has this partner solved cases similar to yours?
How to choose a Holded partner: a 7-question checklist
When comparing Holded consultants or an accounting firm that is also a Holded partner, ask for concrete answers and examples, not just a software demo. This is the checklist we would use if we were on the other side of the table.
- Sector experience: have they implemented Holded in companies of your sector and size? Ask for examples or published case studies.
- Exporting and multi-currency: if you sell abroad, can they configure languages, currencies, price lists per market, intra-EU VAT and zero-rated exports? Our guide to Holded for exporting companies is a good reference.
- Integrations: do they only configure the standard features, or can they also build integrations with Make or the Holded API when needed?
- Accounting and VeriFactu: how do they coordinate the setup with your accounting firm, and how do they test VeriFactu before switching it on?
- Subsidised training: do they train by role, and can they organise training so it can be subsidised through FUNDAE?
- Support after go-live: who helps you after the first month, through which channel and how quickly?
- References and level: are they in the official directory, at what level and with which specialities, and can you speak to a client?
Accounting firm using Holded vs implementation partner
Many searches mix up two different profiles, and Holded keeps a separate directory for each: accounting firms and Solution Partners. An accounting firm in Barcelona, Madrid or Seville that uses Holded can keep your books inside the platform; an implementation partner designs how the system works in your company.

Holded implementation with a partner: how Vycte works across Spain

Multi-price-list, multi-language B2B catalogues for exporters
Holded includes an online B2B catalogue with per-customer access and price lists by profile, and for many SMEs that is enough. When you sell to distributors in several countries, with sales reps or agents, you usually need more: your own branding, product sheets per market, prices in the distributor's currency and ordering terms by country.

Subsidised training and support after go-live
The implementation ends, but using Holded is just beginning. Vycte's Holded training, like its Clientify, Make, applied AI and export courses, can be subsidised through FUNDAE. Sessions are delivered online, on-site or in-company, with materials and recordings included.
Companies that pay the vocational training contribution in Spain have an annual credit applied as a rebate on their Social Security contributions. Requirements include a minimum of two hours per training action, informing the workers' legal representatives and reporting the start and end of the training. On VeriFactu: as of October 2026, current law sets the deadline in 2027, and the Spanish Treasury has announced its intention to postpone it to October 2028, pending approval. You can find the details in our article on VeriFactu.

Holded keeps separate directories for each profile, and the two usually work together.
How much does a Holded partner cost?
It depends on scope: number of users, migration, inventory, integrations and training. A good partner runs a diagnosis before quoting and separates the implementation from ongoing support. Be wary of fixed prices given without understanding your processes. Training can be subsidised through FUNDAE, and some digitalisation grants can fund part of the project.
How long does a Holded implementation with a partner take?
As a guide, 6 to 12 weeks for an SME with migration, inventory and integrations, and less if you only need invoicing and accounting. The timeline depends mainly on the quality of your starting data, the number of warehouses and price lists, and the integrations. A custom B2B catalogue can add several weeks.
Can I switch Holded partners?
Yes. The Holded account is normally in your company's name, so you can work with another Solution Partner whenever you want. Before switching, ask for documentation of the configuration, the integrations and the access credentials, such as API keys or Make scenarios, so the new partner does not have to rebuild everything from scratch.
